If you’ve ever started Ramadan with energy and then felt it dip by Day 10, you’re not alone. This app is built for real life—busy schedules, fluctuating motivation, and the human heart that needs steadiness more than pressure.
The goal is simple: presence, not performance.
Small daily consistency beats big, unsustainable bursts.
Below is a quick 7-minute rhythm you can actually keep—and then a guided walkthrough of Day 1 so you know exactly what to do when you open the app.

The “Presence, Not Performance” Rule
Before the steps, hold this one rule:
You are not trying to “do Ramadan perfectly.”
You are trying to return daily—even if it’s brief.
One sincere line counts. One honest moment counts.
If you only have the strength for a sentence, write the sentence. That is still a win.
Your 7-Minute Daily Routine
Option A: After Fajr (best for consistency)
Minute 1: Open the app. Breathe. Set intention: “Ya Allah, let this be sincere.”
Minute 2: Read the Name and the short anchor.
Minutes 3–4: Tap to reflect (the flip page) and read the reflection + du‘ā.
Minutes 5–7: Do the journaling prompt (even if it’s one line) + choose one action step. Finish by scrolling to “Evening Integration” and tapping YES—that’s what opens the next day in the app.
Option B: Lunch Break (best for busy mornings)
Same flow—just keep it short and quiet. One line is enough.
Option C: Before Ifṭār (best for emotional reset)
This is a powerful time: hunger + fatigue can make emotions louder. Use the app to soften your inner state before you break your fast.
Option D: After Tarāwīḥ / Before Sleep (best for closure)
Read the reflection slowly, write a short response, and use the evening check-in to end your day intentionally.
Busy Day Plan: “One Line Is Still a Win”
On a difficult day, do only this:
Read the Name.
Read the du‘ā.
Write one line: “Today I need Allah’s help with _____.”
On a hard day, do your one-line reflection, then scroll to Evening Integration and tap YES. That YES is simply your “I’m continuing” marker—it unlocks the next day. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about staying steady.
That’s it. Don’t punish yourself. Don’t “wait to catch up.” Just return tomorrow.
How to Use the Two Daily Pop-ups Without Pressure
The app includes two gentle in-app pop-ups to support a steady rhythm:
Morning: Sunnah Secret
A short Sunnah-inspired nudge to start your day with intention—simple, doable, and grounding.
Evening: Longevity Prompt
A calm check-in to help you reflect on patterns, end the day with insight, and make one small adjustment that supports long-term well-being.
Use them lightly:
If you’re busy, just read and pick one takeaway.
If you’re free, write a sentence or two.
If you missed one, don’t compensate—just continue.
Common Mistakes That Quietly Break Consistency
Over-journaling on Day 1–3 → then crashing.
Keep it brief. Build stamina slowly.Missing one day and deciding you’ve “failed.”
Missing a day is normal. Quitting is optional.Waiting for motivation.
Motivation often comes after you begin. Start small. Not scrolling far enough to journal.
This one matters: on the reflection page, the journaling area is lower down. Not tapping YES: The next day opens when you scroll to Evening Integration and tap YES.
A Day Inside the App: Sample Day 1 (Ar-Raḥmān — Mercy)
Day 1 begins with Ar-Raḥmān—The Entirely Merciful.
Step 1: Start on the Name Card
You’ll see the Name in Arabic and English (Ar-Raḥmān) and a short Qur’anic anchor.
Step 2: Tap to Reflect (Flip the Card)
When you tap, the card flips to the reflection page where you’ll see sections like:
Reflection
Du‘ā
Action Prompt
Journaling Prompt
Evening Integration
Step 3: Read the Reflection (don’t rush it)
Day 1 frames mercy as something foundational—not something you “earn” after you become better.
That sets the tone for the whole month: transformation held by mercy, not driven by shame.
Step 4: Make the Du‘ā (out loud if you can)
Keep it simple and sincere. Even one heartfelt repetition matters.
Step 5: Do the Action Prompt (small, practical)
Example direction from Day 1: pause before self-correction and name one thing already held in mercy.
This is how the app turns insight into lived change.
Step 6: Scroll Down to Journal (important)
On the reflection page, you’ll need to scroll down to reach the journaling box.
In your screenshots, you can see that as you scroll, more of the page reveals itself—the journaling prompt is above, and the journaling input area is further down.
So if you don’t immediately see where to type, just keep scrolling.
Step 7: Evening Integration (quick closure)
Later in the day, return for the evening check-in. It’s designed to help you integrate gently, not evaluate harshly.
Important: How to Move to the Next Day
At the bottom of each day’s reflection page, you’ll see Evening Integration with a simple question (e.g., “Did you find a moment for your action prompt today?”) and two buttons: YES and NO.
To move forward in the journey, tap YES.
That YES is what unlocks and opens the next day in the app—so think of it as your gentle “I’m ready to continue” check-in. It isn’t about perfection; it’s about completing the day with intention and moving on with steadiness.
Quick note: If you can’t fully complete the action prompt on a busy day, you can still choose YES based on sincere effort—even a small attempt or a moment of awareness counts.
Your Simple Call-to-Action (Start Today)
If you want a calmer, more intentional Ramadan, don’t wait for the “perfect” time. Start with Day 1.

Install it (so it sits on your phone like an app) and begin.
May Allah make this Ramadan a month of sincerity, steadiness, and hearts softened by His mercy—āmīn.
